Rosemarie "Rosie" Patronski
Portrait photo of Rosemarie 'Rosie' Patronski, instructor at The Whole Approach Studio Rosemarie has been involved in Fitness, overall for 26 years. Although she has revolved out a few times for life changing events, she has always been passionate about being well and keeping her weight in a "healthy" range, which has been a lifelong struggle. Rosemarie’s earliest teachings date back to the Aerobics in Motion (AIM) program taught at the Lockport YMCA in the early 1980’s. After taking some years off to have her two wonderful sons, Rosemarie re-emerged as an IDEA certified Instructor in the early 1990’s. IDEA was the first governing agency created for Group Exercise Instructors. She has been an instructor at the Lockport YMCA, the Fitness Palace, Curve’s and Phoenix Fitness before ending up here with us at The Whole Approach @ Lisa’s Dance Boutique. Rosie’s current certifications include YMCA Group Exercise Instructor Certification that she earned in October, 2006 and Silver Sneaker Instructor Certification in June, 2006. Her next pursuits will be to become IM=X and YogaFit Certified. Rosie has studied with Karen Lathigee-Blank for over 8 years, collaborates on new program objectives for the Whole Approach and continues to pursue any professional opportunity to study Pilates & Yoga. Rosie brings a "Positive Role" model presence to all the classes that she teaches as she rarely misses a class herself and is a well-studied instructor. She believes in the human approach to wellness with lots of real stories and loads of fun!

Kelly Frost
Photo of Kelly Frost, Zumba instructor at The Whole Approach Studio Kelly Frost accidently fell into fitness training while pursuing her own fitness goals. She was taking classes at a local YMCA when she was approached about sampling a Zumba class. From that moment on, she decided to enter the fitness training world and become a Zumba Instructor. Since her journey began in 2008, she has continued her training and completed the Foundations of Group Exercise course through the YMCA of the USA . This course, along with her summer apprenticeship at the Whole Approach, has given Kelly the opportunity to teach Body Conditioning class as well as Zumba. Kelly also has held a valid CPR/AED card for the last 5 years due to her role as a volleyball coach. Besides working in the fitness/sports industry, Kelly is a certified elementary/special education teacher and currently works full time. Her philosophy on fitness is that everyone has to start somewhere so don't stress if your first workout only lasts a few minutes. At least that is less time you spent on the couch!
